Rantoul City School District 137 issued the following announcement on Dec. 12.
This is another reminder that we are giving families of LEARN Academy students the option to switch to Blended Learning starting on January 19, 2021. This means that your child will be assigned to either an A Day (Tuesday and Thursday) or a B Day (Wednesday and Friday) for In-Person learning. If you would like to make this switch for your child, please email Darcy Widener at dwidener@rcs137.org or call 217-893-5452. You may also notify the school directly by contacting the school office. The deadline to make this request is Friday, December 18th. There will be no changes allowed after this deadline.
This message is for parents of students who have been doing LEARN Academy or Remote Learning ONLY prior to our recent shut down. If your child was on A Day or B Day prior to us all going remote in November then you can ignore this message. They will continue to be on their A/B Day schedule when we come back on January 19th.
