343 Champaign County residents in their forties test positive for COVID-19

As of September 29, there have been 343 Champaign County residents in their forties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 40,884 residents in their forties in the county who had been tested, meaning that 0.8 percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through September 29, there have been 4,789 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 20 deaths from the coronavirus in Champaign County.
