3. Appeal of Karen Leastman, owner of 7 Stamber Lane Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances, on property located at same, to construct a 30’ x 50’ accessory structure with two 12’ x 50’ overhangs for a total square footage of 2700’ and a height of 21’, whereas, no accessory structures may exceed 600 square feet total floor area per parcel, regardless of lot size and building heights shall not exceed 15 feet pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (3) (b) and 300-28 F (4) (b) respectively in an R-1 residential district. 4. Appeal of Matthew Lynch, 395 Ogden Parma Town Line Rd., Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances, on property located at same, to construct a 24’ x 32’ x 17’ high accessory structure, with a 12’ x 32’ overhang for a total of 1152 square feet, whereas, the maximum land coverage by accessory structures allowable in the R-1 District is 1%, which on this parcel is 200 square feet, and whereas, accessory structures of 121 square feet or greater shall not exceed 15 feet in height, respectively pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (3) (b) and Chapter 300-28 F (4) (b) in a R-1 Residential District. 6. Appeal of Ronald Lillie, 19 Clearview Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559 for two (2) area variances, on property located at the same, for a pre-existing shed (256 square feet), whereas, the maximum sq. ft. allowed for an accessory structure is 1%, which on this parcel equals 230 square feet., and whereas, accessory structures must have a minimum rear yard setback of five (5) feet and the existing shed is at four (4) feet, pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (3) (b) and Chapter 300-28 F (1) (f) in a R-1 Residential District.
