Application of Emerald Point Developers, LLC, for final site plan approval for Phase 1 consisting of construction of 7 townhouse buildings for a total of 30 units, including the creation of 30 lots, one for each proposed townhouse unit, a recreation building and one maintenance building on property located at 111 Whittier Rd. Also proposed is construction of all necessary utility extensions and a regional stormwater management facility. The property is zoned Multi- Family Residential.
