Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Community Unified School District 5 issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.
Congratulations to Summer Roesch for being named November Student of the Month. Summer is involved in FBLA, Interact, Student Council and Art Club. She served as a captain of the tennis team, is a basketball cheerleader and also plays softball. She intends to study to be a pharmacist in college. Summer is the daughter of Terry and Tera Roesch and was nominated by Mrs. Conlin.
