Application of Emerald Point Developers, LLC, for final site plan approval for Phase 1 consisting of construction of 7 townhouse buildings for a total of 30 units, including the creation of 30 lots, one for each proposed townhouse unit, a recreation building and one maintenance building on property located at 111 Whittier Rd. Also proposed is construction of all necessary utility extensions and a regional stormwater management facility. The property is zoned Multi-Family Residential.

The new home will be serviced by public water and a private sanitary system. The property is zoned R-1 Single Family Residential.

Application of Joe Vito for subdivision of 68.051 acres on Brockport Spencerport Rd. between Trimmer Rd. and Washington St. This two lot subdivision will create a new 7.5+/- acre building lot to include a single family home and a pole barn. The lot will be serviced by public water and a private sanitary system. The property is zoned R-1 Single Family Residential.
