1. Appeal of Paul & Tracy Ferranti, 44 Clearview Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559, to appeal the decision of the Building Inspector’s revocation of the previous Zoning Board approval. Such appeal may be taken by any person wishing to appeal any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an administrative official and may apply for a hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals. This, pursuant to Chapter 300-108 of the Code of the Town of Ogden. Tax Acct #086.08-2-29
III. PUBLIC HEARING NEW BUSINESS:
1. Appeal of Debra Seniawski, 39 Quail Lane, Rochester, NY, 14624, for one (1) area variance to install approximately 120 linear feet of 5’ high, open construction fence, whereas, fences shall not exceed four feet in height in side and rear yards, pursuant to Chapter 300-50 A (8) (a) in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #117.04-8-6
2. Appeal of Chris Beiter, 5 Golden Pond Trail, Spencerport, NY, 14559 for two (2) area variances to install approximately 200 linear feet of 6’ high, closed construction fence in the rear yard, whereas, fences shall not exceed four feet in height in the rear yard and any fence in a residential district shall be of open construction, pursuant to Chapter 300-50 A (8) (a) and Chapter 300-50 B (1) respectively in an R-1 Residential District. 3. Appeal of Marie Laveck, 9 Clearview Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559, for an area variance, on property located at same, to construct front porch with a front setback of 54 feet, whereas, principal buildings shall be not less than 60 feet from the front setback, pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (1) (d) in an R-1 Residential District.
