Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Community Unified School District 5 issued the following announcement on June 23.
Congratulations to Nathan Garard for being named to the News Gazette First Team All Area Baseball team. Braden Roesch was named to the second team, Hunter Brewer received Special Mention while Layne Harden and Daniel Jones were named Honorable Mention selections. What a great way to cap a season!
