Reason: Since There was not an Initial Budget for the Nursing Home for FY2019, there was no Appropriation for Paying Social Security Benefits of Nursing Home Employees in this Budget. The Amendment Reflects the Total Social Security Benefits Paid for Nursing Home Employees in FY2019, and the Amount Needed to Restore the General County Social Security Appropriation Used to Remit the Social Security Payments for the Nursing Home.
