A detailed review of individual fines revealed that PAC 50 was the only campaign committee in Philo that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that PAC 50 has yet to pay was imposed on May 20, 2016, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $3,200.
