2. 4. Appeal of Audra & Chris LaForest, 70 Forest Meadow Trail, Rochester, NY 14624, for a conditional use permit with one (1) area variance for an existing 1,000 square foot in-law apartment, on property located at same, whereas, this is permitted subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit by the Zoning Board of Appeals and whereas, square footage shall not exceed 750 square feet, respectively pursuant to Chapter 300- 28 D (9) and Chapter 300-28 D (9) (a) in an R-1 Residential District. 5. Appeal of Steven Bruckman, for Lot #4 of the Bruckman Subdivision at 1145 Washington Street, Spencerport, NY 14559, for an area variance on property located at same, to construct a 1,500 sq. ft. garage, whereas, no garage may exceed 960 square feet, pursuant to Chapter 300-28 C (2) in an R-1 Residential District. Appeal of Mark Scholand, 270 Gillett Road, Spencerport, NY 14559, for a conditional use permit to allow an existing semi-trailer, whereas, no tractor-trailer or semi-trailer shall be stored outside on any private property in a residential district, pursuant to Chapter 300-85 B in a R-1 Residential District. 7. Appeal of Borrego Solar Systems Inc. for a conditional use permit to construct a 18.1 megawatt large scale solar energy system on three (3) parcels owned by Raymond Stein, Jr. and Scott Mallon located at 2645, 2648, and 2675 Union Street, Spencerport, NY 14559, whereas, this may be permitted upon obtaining a conditional use permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals, after first obtaining Town Board approval and Planning Board site plan approval, pursuant to Chapter 300-38 I in a SESO Solar Energy Systems Overlay District. 8. Appeal of Syed Razak of ROC PETRO, 4179 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624, for a Special Use Permit to install a commercial sign on property located at same, whereas, each commercial enterprise shall be permitted to install said sign upon obtaining a permit by the Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Chapter 224-8 A in a General Commercial District.
