Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Community Unified School District 5 issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
WooHoo! Our high school girls team just captured 3rd place in the Monticello Holiday Hoopla tournament! They had a 3-1 record in the tournament and raised their overall record to 13-4. Members of the All Tournament team included Megan Moody, Claire Retherford and Makenzi Bielfeldt. Great job, Lady Falcons; we're excited to see what you're going to do the rest of the way!
