Cost of college went up for all students at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture-Danville

Tuition and fees rose 15.1 percent for 2017-18 at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture-Danville, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Illinois students paid $16,800 to attend the private for-profit school this year $2,200 more than the $14,600 charged for 2016-17.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 31 students received grants or scholarships totaling $115,570 and 40 students took out student loans totaling more than $180,615.

Including all undergraduates, 52 students used grants or scholarships totaling $115,570. Another 54 took out $180,615 in federal student loans.
