Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

 CALL TO ORDER

 Called to order by Buxton at 0736hrs.

 MEMBERS PRESENT: Nightlinger, Jannusch, Buxton, Lane, Smith, Thomas

 MEMBERS ABSENT: Dilley

 GUESTS: Odle

 APPROVAL OF MINUTES

 August 1st, 2017: Motion to Approve by Nightlinger, 2nd by Lane, Passed, 6 Yays, 0 Nays

 Motion to approve by Dilley, 2nd by Jannusch, Passed, 6 Yays 0 Nas

 PUBLIC COMMENT (5 MINUTE LIMIT EACH)

 None

 OLD BUSINESS

 Picture Board- Greg Smith stated that the process is still progressing slowly.

 Station 1 & 3 lockers- Still in the planning stages

 NEW BUSINESS

 Uniform Allowance- Smith moved to remove the $100 credit previously given to probationary firefighters to be used at Brownfield Sports. It was discussed how the board has progressively given more to new hires as part of their new hire disbursement and that this is no longer needed, Motion to remove by Smith, 2nd by Jannusch, Nightlinger- Yay Jannusch- Yay Buxton Yay Lane-Yay Smith- Yay Thomas-Yay, 6- Yays 0- Nays, Passed

 New Hire Purchases- This issue was addressed in full while discussing the uniform allowance

 Budget Expense Audit- Postponed until the February meeting

 Station 2 Natural Gas Line- Postponed until the February meeting

 Station 2 dishwasher/cabinet removal- Postponed until the February meeting

 FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER

o Andy Stewart would like to address the board about assisting monetarily with the union executive board attending ALTS

o 2018 Meeting schedule

 ADJOURMENT

 Smith motioned to adjourn the meeting at 1000 hrs, 2nd by Jannusch, Passed, 6 Yays 0 Nays
