City of Urbana Cunningham Township Board met March 6.

1. Roll Call
Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board toorder at 7:00 p.m.
2. Public Participation
There was none.
3. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting
Trustee Aaron Ammons made a motion to approve minutes from February 6, 2017. Trustee Dennis Roberts seconded. Township supervisor asked to add Carle Foundation Hospital vs. Cunningham Township to item 8. After corrections the motion carried by voice vote.
4. Committee to Verify Bills
The following items were presented in omnibus fashion:
1. Town Fund
2. General Assistance Fund
Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $46,037.18 and the General Assistance Fund in the amount of $16,599.36. Trustee Eric Jakobsson seconded. Motion carried by voice vote.
5. Reports of Officers
Township Supervisor Michelle Mayol announced that Eastern Illinois Food Bank is going to have a pop up pantry that will be open to the public every Wednesday in March from 4:30-6:00pm at the former County Market building across the Custard Cup in Champaign
6. Unfinished Business
There was none.
7. New Business
a. Approval of Agenda for Annual Town Meeting
Town Clerk Phyllis D. Clark presented the Annual Town Meeting Agenda with recommendation for approval. Ms. Clark said that the deadline to place an item on the agenda was March 1, 2017. Alderman Smyth made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Alderman Ammons seconded. Motion carried by voice vote.
8. Closed and open Session to Consider
Township Attorney Frederic M. Grosser stated there was no need to go into closed session at that time.
9. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Cunningham Town Board, Chair Prussing declared the meeting adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
