The village of Mahomet Board met Tuesday to pass a resolution releasing a surety bond for the Thornewood Sub Aggregate Mining Operation.

The board also authorized the turnover of Conway Farm Lake Default bond fund to the Conway Farm Property Owners Association.

The Mahomet board meets at 503 E. Main St.
