The village of Fisher board met Dec. 10 to consider its cell tower, employee compensation and other issues.

The board then held an executive session to consider employee pay and emerged to grant one-time, end-of-year payments to $175 to Leon Springer, Sharon Tabor, Jill Swartzentruber, Greg Worrell and Mark Medlyn, $200 to John Priest, $250 to Steve Maxim, $500 to Steve Bein and Jeremy Reale, and $600 plus a $0.50/hour raise to Ronnie Nelson and Brenda Cook.
The board also approved its Motor Fuel Tax budget for the year and a zoning amendment that reduces the requirements for commercial parking spaces.
