The Champaign City Council will approve a list of visions and goals for the next two years during its meeting Tuesday at the Champaign City Building.
The council will also consider authorizing a three-year agreement with the Champaign County Economic Development Corp., approving amendments to a University of Illinois planned development, and establishing council policy for a new small business incentive program.
