The Village of Rantoul Board will vote on a redevelopment agreement with Noble Hospitality Inc. during its meeting Tuesday at the Rantoul Municipal Building.
The board will also set dates and times for public hearings on other redevelopment projects.
Other items on the agenda include an adjustment to the village's vacation benefits and updates to the village's water rate schedule through May 2020. The base residential customer rate will gradually increase from $6.17 in May 2016 to $7.25 in May of 2020. Commercial and industrial customers will see larger increases, depending on the volume of their service.
The meeting is set for 6:15 p.m.
