The Cunningham Township Board of Trustees met Dec. 7 at the Urbana City Building to present and discuss preliminary financial projections for 2016.
Mayor Laurel Prussing led a discussion on the option to lower the township's tax levy, and presented documents and data on the Town Board Budget.
The board did not hold an executive session to discuss litigation as Township Attorney Frederic Grosser told the board the township was still waiting for a ruling from the appellate court. Grosser did not reveal the subject of the litigation.
