The Rantoul Board of Trustees approved an ordinance at its Dec. 8 meeting authorizing the sale of two village-owned land parcels to Cameron-Juday Real Estate LLC.
The two parcels, which are not named in the contract, were sold for $107,100 and $26,000, respectively.
The agreement says the village is selling the two parcels because they have been deemed surplus and it is no longer in the village's interests to keep them.
