A portion of Clark Street between Prospect Avenue and New Street in Champaign, Illinois should be reopening soon after being closed off for most of week to through traffic while construction crews made a sewer repair.
Construction began at 7 a.m. Tuesday and is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. today.
The city of Champaign encourages commuters to obey all construction signs or plan alternative routes to avoid the work site.
