U.S. Representative Mary Miller, who serves Illinois’ 15th district in Congress, recently posted a series of statements on her social media account addressing issues related to national security and legislative initiatives.
On October 14, 2025, Miller wrote, "Sharia Law is incompatible with the United States. We must never allow radical ideologies to undermine our freedoms or our way of life. Proud to stand with @RepChipRoy to defend America." The same day, she also shared a link in a separate post: "https://t.co/hHWQPXVPbf".
Later that afternoon, Miller highlighted her legislative efforts, stating, "I introduced the SAFE Driving Laws Act to end these reckless policies and hold sanctuary states accountable. It’s time for Congress to act!"
Miller, who succeeded John Shimkus in 2021, has represented Illinois’ 15th district since then. She has a history of electoral success, having defeated Paul Lange in the 2022 general election with over 71% of the vote and Erika Weaver in the 2020 general election with more than 73% of the vote.
