A section of the eastbound lane on Kirby Avenue between Grandview Drive and Neil Street will be closed today, October 6, 2025. The closure is to allow CS&L to install a mast arm at the intersection of State and Kirby. The work is scheduled to take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
