Fred’s Plumbing is set to close New Street, just south of Haines Boulevard, in order to repair a sanitary sewer service line. The closure will start on Tuesday, August 5 and is expected to end on Monday, August 11, 2025, depending on weather conditions.
Local traffic will still be able to reach New Street from Hessel Boulevard. Access for all local properties in the area will remain available during the work period.
A spokesperson stated: "In order to repair a sanitary sewer service line, Fred’s Plumbing will close New Street, just south of Haines Boulevard. Local traffic will be able to access New Street from Hessel Boulevard and access to all local properties will be maintained. The closure will begin on Tuesday, August 5, and will reopen on Monday, August 11, 2025, weather permitting."
The road closure aims to allow necessary repairs while minimizing disruptions for residents.
