Representative Mary Miller, currently serving Illinois’ 15th congressional district in the U.S. Congress since 2021, recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing topics ranging from political accountability to religious reflection and recent historical events.

On July 12, 2025, Miller commented on an unspecified issue with a call for legal action, stating: "This is CRIMINAL, and just the tip of the iceberg. Americans don’t want excuses. They want the people responsible in HANDCUFFS."

The following day, July 13, she shared a Bible passage from Isaiah 55:6-7: '"Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon."' - Isaiah 55:6-7

Later on July 13, Miller reflected on the one-year anniversary of an assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump. She wrote: "One year ago today, God’s merciful hand protected President Trump from an assassination attempt. It was a profound reminder of how fragile life is, and just how much is on the line for our country. President Trump is unstoppable, and I’m proud to stand with him and FIGHT for"

Mary Miller was born in Oak Park, Illinois in 1959 and currently resides in Oakland. She earned her BA from Eastern Illinois University.
