On Wednesday, June 4, former Danville High School standout Jake Stipp collegiate team loses in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Wednesday, June 4, former Danville High School standout Jake Stipp’s current collegiate team the Tampa Spartans lost 13-5 against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at USA Baseball National Training Complex at 6 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks in the tournament.

The Tampa Spartans’ next game will take place on Thursday, June 5 at 3 p.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex.
