On May 16, 2025, Rep. Mary Miller expressed concern over the actions of the Supreme Court with regards to immigration policy. She questioned why "the Supreme Court [is] disrupting the will of the American people," and emphasized that "foreign criminals must be removed from our country."
In another tweet dated May 17, 2025, Miller addressed the inclusion of transgender individuals in female sports and spaces. She stated that "allowing biological males into girls’ sports and private spaces is a clear violation of federal law." She urged parents in Illinois to express their outrage and called for schools promoting this agenda to lose all federal funding immediately.
Later on May 17, she shared her views on marriage and family structure. According to her tweet, "God established marriage between a man and a woman as the foundation of the family." She warned that deviating from this design could jeopardize future generations and society's stability.
