In a tweet from May 13 at 17:24 UTC, Rep. Miller questioned the newsworthiness of recent reports concerning President Joe Biden's health. She stated, "Why is this breaking news? The American people knew about Joe Biden's mental and physical decline years ago!".

Later that day at 18:25 UTC, she criticized comments made by Democrats regarding the allocation of SNAP benefits. Rep. Miller wrote, "Another lie from another desperate Democrat...No one’s 'pulling the rug' on anyone, Amy. We are making sure SNAP benefits go to American citizens first! It’s common sense to the rest of us but clearly not to the Dems, who’d rather bankroll illegals over Americans in need!".

In another post at 19:29 UTC on the same day, Rep. Miller addressed concerns about presidential pardons granted by an auto-pen signature process under President Biden’s administration. She asserted that such pardons are invalid and emphasized accountability for those who received them with a pointed reference to Dr. Anthony Fauci: "Biden’s auto-pen pardons are VOID...And yes, I’m looking right at you, Fauci."

Mary Miller was born in Oak Park, Illinois in 1959 and graduated with a BA from Eastern Illinois University. She resides in Oakland and succeeded John Shimkus as a representative.
