Rep. Mary Miller, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Illinois’ 15th district, recently shared a series of posts on social media concerning her recent activities and legislative efforts. Miller succeeded John Shimkus in representing the 15th district since 2021. The Congresswoman, at 63 years of age, was born in Oak Park, Illinois, and resides in Oakland. She holds a BA from Eastern Illinois University.

On April 1, 2025, "Rep. Mary Miller tweeted about participating in a podcast with the Republican Study Committee alongside fellow representatives Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rep. Diana Harshbarger, and Rep. Mark Alford. She concluded her tweet with 'Stay tuned! '."

Later the same day, "she conveyed her desire to make President Trump’s protections against biological males using girls' restrooms and locker rooms permanent by promoting her bill. She stated, 'President Trump made it clear: Allowing biological males in girls' restrooms and locker rooms is illegal. Let’s make @POTUS’ protections permanent by passing my bill.'"

Subsequently, "Miller thanked Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for calling out what she referred to as 'insanity'."
