In a tweet posted on March 27, 2025, Rep. Mary Miller announced that foreign terrorists, who had allegedly invaded the United States, were operating freely under the Biden administration. She commended former President Trump, along with Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, for their efforts to remove these individuals, stating that America is now "safer and stronger than ever before."

Later that day, on March 27, 2025, Rep. Miller expressed gratitude to her fellow legislators who co-sponsored her initiative. The representatives she thanked include Claudia Tenney, Harriet Hageman, Sheri Biggs, Tom Tiffany, Tim Burchett, Burgess Owens, Rich McCormick, Bob Onder from Missouri, Keith Self, and Lauren Boebert.
