Rep. Mary Miller, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Illinois’ 15th district, has been actively communicating her legislative initiatives and views through social media. In a series of tweets, Miller has voiced her support for a bill introduced with Senator Roger Marshall, addressing gender recognition and promoting specific policies regarding taxpayer-funded loans and sex identification.

On March 26, 2025, Miller announced her legislative efforts regarding gender recognition. In a tweet, she stated: "You heard that right! There are only TWO GENDERS: male and female. Today, @RogerMarshallMD and I introduced the Defining Male and Female Act to make biological reality the law of the land." Miller's initiatives aim to codify certain gender distinctions into federal law.

Continuing her discourse, on March 27, 2025, Miller expressed criticism of past government policies concerning loans to undocumented immigrants. In her tweet, she remarked: "Giving taxpayer-funded loans to illegals is as ridiculous as pretending a man can be a woman. I can't believe this was happening. @HUDgov under @POTUS is putting Americans first!" Miller lauded the current administration's focus on prioritizing American citizens.

On the same day, Miller reiterated her commitment to supporting the Defining Male and Female Act. She tweeted: "I’m proud to champion this bill in the House. There are only two sexes established by God. Anything else is a dangerous delusion!" Miller emphasized her stance on sex identification and the importance of what she describes as standing for truth.
