Fighting Illini's Kendall Bostic has been named to the Women's College All-Star Game Watch List, presented by Herbalife. The list includes 68 players from 51 programs and 15 conferences. Bostic, a native of Kokomo, Indiana, is in her final year of collegiate basketball.
This season, Bostic averages 16 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game while playing 34.5 minutes on average. She has started every game since transferring to Illinois before her sophomore year and now holds the program's career rebounding record. Her shooting stats include 53% from the field, 30.4% from beyond the arc, and an impressive 87.5% from the free-throw line. Bostic has achieved 49 career double-doubles with Illinois.
In this final season, she has received multiple accolades including Big Ten Player of the Week and AP Player of the Week Honorable Mention.
The Women's College All-Star Game will take place on April 5 in Tampa at 3 p.m. ET and will be broadcasted on ESPN2. Of those listed as watch list candidates, only 20 will be selected for participation in this event.
