A federal court in Kentucky has overturned the Biden administration's revision of Title IX. This decision, announced on January 9, 2025, blocks changes that would have permitted men to participate in women's and girls' sports and access their bathrooms and locker rooms.

Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-IL) expressed her approval of the ruling. She stated, "Today's ruling is a massive victory for parents and our daughters as Joe Biden's Title IX re-write is officially dead." Miller emphasized her role in sponsoring the bill passed by the House to counteract these changes, adding, "I was proud to sponsor the bill that passed the House to overturn Biden's attempt to erase girls' sports. Parents when you speak up, we win!"

This legal development marks a significant moment in the ongoing debate over gender rights and sports participation regulations.
