Champaign's city manager Dorothy Ann David retires after three decades of service

Dorothy Ann David is set to retire from her role at the City of Champaign on December 20, 2024. Her career spans over three decades, with the last eleven years serving as City Manager. On December 17, 2024, Ms. David was recognized with a Council Proclamation and other honors for her contributions.
