Mayor Deborah Frank Feinen, City Of Champaign | City Of Champaign website
The City of Champaign is seeking Letters of Interest from firms to provide professional engineering services for three annual maintenance projects. The selection process will be based on qualifications, following the City of Champaign Administrative Policy 2.08.
The projects include the Annual Concrete Street Maintenance Project, the Annual Asphalt Street Maintenance Project, and the Annual Infrastructure Maintenance Project. Each project requires preparation of construction plans and specifications, bidding management, and construction observation.
Contracts will cover the 2026, 2027, and 2028 construction seasons. Construction is scheduled to begin in April each year with design contracts awarded in June of the preceding year. Interested firms are invited to submit their Letters of Interest for review by the city.
