Mikal Washington participates in King Elementary's Family Reading Night

On November 19, Mikal Washington from the Equity and Engagement Department took part as a "secret reader" at King Elementary School's Family Reading Night. Washington engaged students by reading to them and offered encouragement and support to promote literacy.

The event aimed to bring students and their families together to celebrate reading and inspire a lifelong passion for books and learning.
