Champaign announces lane closure on Neil Street for holiday tree setup

The City of Champaign has announced a lane closure on Neil Street at Main Street to facilitate the construction of the Holiday tree in front of 2 Main Street. The closure is scheduled for Monday, November 25, 2024, and will be managed by the City's Forestry Section.

According to city officials, "the lane closure will be intermittent between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m." This planned activity is contingent upon favorable weather conditions.
