The Illinois women's basketball team, under the guidance of head coach Shauna Green, has seen four of its players receive recognition from the Big Ten All-Conference. Makira Cook was named to the second team by both coaches and media, while Kendall Bostic received a second-team nod from the media and an honorable mention from coaches. Genesis Bryant earned honorable mentions in both polls, and Gretchen Dolan was selected for the All-Freshman Team by coaches. Additionally, Bostic was honored with her third consecutive Sportsmanship Award.

Makira Cook's achievement marks her third all-conference honor during her collegiate career. Previously recognized in the Atlantic 10 as a sophomore and on the Big Ten's first team as a junior, she led Illinois this season with an average of 15.5 points per game and recorded 104 assists across 28 games. The Cincinnati native was frequently recognized throughout her senior year with various honors.

Kendall Bostic, who previously received an honorable mention as a sophomore, secured a second-team position this year from both coaches and media. She averaged a double-double with 12.4 points and 10.3 rebounds per game this season. The Kokomo native led her team in rebounding for 19 games and achieved shooting accuracy of 61.4% from the field.

Genesis Bryant continued to show promise in her second starting role season by averaging 14.1 points per game along with notable contributions in rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and total points scored.

Freshman Gretchen Dolan became Illinois' first rookie since Brandi Beasley in 2017 to earn All-Freshman Team honors after contributing significantly off the bench throughout the season.

Illinois concluded their regular season with a balanced record of 14-14 overall and will face Maryland in their opening game of the Big Ten Tournament as they enter postseason play.
