With the golf world gearing up for The Masters, several former Fighting Illini are competing across different tours this week.

On the PGA TOUR, Thomas Detry recently achieved a runner-up finish at the Houston Open. Despite not participating in the Valero Texas Open in San Antonio, his recent performance propelled him to No. 27 in the FedEx Cup rankings and 64th globally. Meanwhile, Nick Hardy and Adrien Dumont de Chassart will compete in San Antonio after finishing 57th and 81st respectively in Houston. This marks Hardy's third appearance at the Valero Texas Open.

In the Korn Ferry Tour, Brian Campbell is set to participate in the Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club in Savannah, Georgia. Campbell currently ranks fourth on the Korn Ferry Tour points list with recent top-five finishes.

Thomas Pieters will represent LIV Golf League's RangeGoats team at Trump National Doral in Miami. The team has seen mixed results with finishes ranging from third to twelfth place in recent events.

Steve Stricker continues his successful run on PGA TOUR Champions with a tied sixth-place finish at The Galleri Classic in California. This marks his fourth top-10 finish of the season.

Lastly, Matthis Besard finished tied for 47th at the Hero Indian Open on the DP World Tour, marking his fourth cut of the season with an impressive opening round score of 69 (-3).
