Neighborhood Services recently organized a meeting for residents of the Kenwood/Holiday Park area on October 9, 2024. This meeting was a continuation of an informational session held on August 28. Ten community members attended to express concerns about speeding, school traffic, and general traffic controls. Representatives from the Police and Kenwood Elementary School were present to listen to these issues.
During the meeting, two residents were selected to lead the newly formed neighborhood group. The Holiday Park Neighborhood Group has now been officially registered with the City. Neighborhood Services plans to collaborate with this group to arrange a comprehensive meeting for all residents within its jurisdiction.
