Duce Construction is set to conduct overnight work as part of the Garden Hills Drainage Improvements project. The construction will take place from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., focusing on storm sewer construction beneath the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks. The work area is located near the 1700 block of Garden Hills Drive and the 1600 block of Joanne Lane, with no road closures anticipated.
The scheduled dates for this overnight work are October 7-8 and October 9-10, 2024. However, these dates and working hours may change due to unforeseen conditions. Efforts will be made by crews to reduce noise and light disturbances as much as possible, though residents should expect some typical disruptions associated with construction activities.
