8.2. Discuss process of adding Banners/Holiday lights to Ameren utility poles.

9. New Business 

9.1. Discussion with possible approval of Horse and Buggy rides on Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at a cost of $250.00 for the first hour, $225.00 for the second hour, including a $35.00 mileage fee for a total of $510.00.

9.2. Discussion with possible approval of beverages for Holiday Party/Lighting ceremony from Common Grounds Coffee of Tuscola. They would deliver (but not serve) 40 cups and carafe (serves 20) of coffee at a cost of $40.00; 40 cups and carafe of hot chocolate for $20.00. Not limited to number of carafes needed.

9.3. Discuss and possibly approve hiring of CU Dickinson Carolers for Holiday Party/Christmas tree lighting ceremony at a cost of $60.00 for 15 minutes, or $100.00 for 30 minutes. 

9.4. Discuss and approve Ordinance 24-2 Regulating Public Camping
