Westbound lane of University Avenue to close for water service installation

Illinois American Water will close one westbound lane of University Avenue between First Street and Second Street to install water services. The closure will commence on Monday, September 16, and the lane is scheduled to reopen on Friday, September 20, 2024. During this period, westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
