With the Illinois football team set to host Eastern Illinois on Thursday night at Memorial Stadium, several updates to parking and tailgating have been announced. The game is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. CT. For information on Memorial Stadium, patrons are advised to visit the Gameday Guide.

Accessible parking will be available starting at 7 a.m. CT in the ADA parking spaces located in the four quadrants of State Farm Center. The fee for all ADA parking is $30 unless a patron has an I FUND parking pass. An accessible license plate or placard is required to park in these spaces.

Single-game parking options will also be available from 7 a.m. CT on Thursday in Lots 46, 47, 49, and the large grass lot located in Research Park off Oak Street. Parking fees for these lots are $30 per automobile. Starting at 5 p.m. CT on Thursday, Aug. 29, the paved lots in Research Park will also be available for single-game parking.

All game day parking operations are now cashless, with passes purchasable via debit or credit card. Digital tickets and parking passes can be accessed using the Fighting Illini mobile app.

Grange Grove will not allow vehicles inside but will open from 5-7 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Aug. 28, for fans to set up tailgate items. It will reopen at 7 a.m. CT on game day and remain open until one hour after the conclusion of the game. Reservations are required and can be requested online.

Lot 33 will be available for motor home parking starting at 6 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Aug. 28. Beginning at 7 a.m. CT on game day, RVs must pay $100 to stay in Lot 33 or relocate to their respective game day pass lot.

Game day pass holders in Lots 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 42, and other designated lots can park starting at 7 a.m. CT on Thursday, Aug. 29.

However, pass holders in Lots ARC (37) and Law Library (43) cannot park until after University of Illinois employee hours end at 4 p.m., although earlier arrivals can use any open game day purchase lot.

Street closures will vary:

- Kirby Avenue between First Street and Fourth Street closes at 1:00 p.m.

- First Street between Kirby Avenue and Irwin Drive closes at 1:00 p.m.

- Fourth Street between Kirby Avenue and Peabody Drive closes at 4:00 p.m.

- First Street between Stadium Drive and Kirby Avenue closes at4:00 p.m.

- Peabody Avenue between First Street and Fourth Street closesat4:00p.m.
