City of Gibson City Council met July 15

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Dickey at the Gibson Fire Station.

New Business:
A. One topic for this special meeting – review and answer questions about 2024-2025 Budget & Appropriations as presented by Alderman Scott Davis, Finance Chairman. Alderman Davis summarized the changes that have been made according to requests coming from the Finance meeting. Mayor noted ‘G-Cert’ budget could be used for ‘one-call’ for emergency notices. All agreeing and with no questions forthcoming, Alderman Davis made a motion to approve the Budget & Appropriations as presented, 2nd by Alderman Miller, motion carried 6/0.
Motion to Adjourn made by Alderman Davis, 2nd by Alderman Tongate, meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
