In order to complete the installation of façade panels at 306 E. University Avenue, Stark Excavating has closed a westbound lane of University Avenue between Fourth Street and Third Street. The closure began on Wednesday, July 24, and will reopen on Friday, August 9, 2024. During the closure, westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
