Public comment:
Todd Fugh spoke about his building plans for 102 S Sangamon St.
Provided details for ladder system used for egress and provided details for fire retardant spray that will be applied to first floor ceilings.
Abraham Martinez discussed his building plans for 107 S Third St.
Provided details regarding emergency exits and fire safety.
Requested that the special use permit allow him 3 designated parking spaces in front of his building on Third Street.
New Business:
Recommend issuance of special use permit to Todd Fugh in accordance to building plans as discussed Motioned by Heiser
