Champaign issues building permits for high-value projects

The Champaign Fire Department’s Building Safety Division has recently issued building permits for projects with an estimated construction value of $250,000 or more.

For the address at 3809 Boulder Ridge, a permit was issued on May 14, 2024, for new single-family use with a construction value of $275,500. Another permit was issued on May 20, 2024, for alterations to apartments at 510 E Clark St with a construction value of $529,812.

The overall construction value for 2024 stands at $46,166,996.
