a. Public hearing on proposed building requirements for use of Special Use Permit regarding 1st floor Commercial and 2nd floor Residential for properties located at 102 W Sangamon St and 107 S Third St.

b. Public Hearing on request to rezone Lot 101 in block 3 of J.W. Richmond’s Fifth Addition in the Village of Fisher, located at 404 South Fifth Street, from Class R-1 (Residential) to Class R-2 (Multi-Family Residential).
